Chinese Emperors

As you can see that I have started the Chinese Emperors. Most of the data for this section will be taken from a Chinese classic called the Shu Ching, the Book of History, which is one of the oldest books in Chinese literature. It was translated by James Legge in the nineteenth century. How accurate this book is in terms of conventional Chinese history I don't know but I would imagine that there will be many who think that this book is pure fantasy. I have decided to use it for the information that is required for the far Eastern version of the events of the ancient past. As the aim of the project is to delve back in the distant past and to use some of the myths and traditional beliefs I think that this book will do nicely.

There will not be as much debate over some of the issues and I think that there is more information in the bible for certain individuals than there are here so I am afraid that this section may appear to be just lists of names. I am in the process of trying to extract the relevant text to build this up a bit, so please be patient.
